Sue Walton 56, is the licensed Florida broker and major principle of 24K Realty, L.C. Sue has always been in the "people business", starting as a Flight Attendant with Delta Air Lines in the 60's, she has been working with people for thirty years, all over the world. Prior to her retirement from Delta, Sue not only was an officer in 24K Homes working closely with the home designs, interior designs; but in her "spare" time, keeping the books!
In 1993 Sue Walton obtained a Florida salesperson license and was in the public eye in a new profession, real estate.
In 2002 Sue Walton obtained a Florida brokers license.
Feeling that the high-end home market could use better, or at least more "well rounded" advice, she started 24K Realty, L.C. to serve this market.

Doug Walton, 59, a principle and sales associate in 24K Realty, L.C., started his adult life in a very different profession. With a degree in Engineering, he became a Marine Corps fighter pilot, flying over 300 missions in Vietnam in the nimble A-4.
After his tours of duty with the Marines, the now Major Walton went to fly for Eastern Air Lines. Flying with Eastern for 21 years, until their untimely demise, was a dream come true. "Flying Captain on a modern airliner, with the responsibility of hundreds of passengers, is a great feeling of satisfaction". Five years prior to the Eastern Air Lines bankruptcy, Mr. Walton started 24K Homes.
24K Homes has built over 50 high end homes the past 17 years in numerous high end country club communities and old Naples areas such as Port Royal. With this kind of experience Doug Walton joined his wife Sue Walton (Licensed Broker), in starting 24K Realty, L.C., a "Buyers Broker" high end real estate company. "Since we've been building in many of these communities, we have seen a lot of plusses and minuses!" Walton believes he has the knowledge to advise the affluent client on subjects like construction techniques & contracts, who's a quality builder, where's the best gated country club communities, "old Naples'" best addresses, and so on.
